Mine has never leaked any water *touch wood* however whenever my car has been sitting in the rain for the next few days every time I take off from stationary I get this water sound like its slushing around next tp me...
Took the freedom panels off and it seems theres water inside the panel. ... didnt even know that was possible.. will examine it further when I have a chance.

Mine use to fill up with water to, they ended up replacing both front panels. You can drain it out by moving them side to side and it comes out the nuts.

Where did you put sealant Steve? Mine had a whistle when I first got it and from a US forum came to the conclusion it was the gap between the windscreen glass and the frame so I stuffed a length of flyscreen tubing in the gap and that stopped that whistle. Just checked and they haven't removed it so not sure where else to seal up! I do think the distance between the header bar and the windscreen frame is more than it used to be so might see if I can fiddle with that.

EDIT: Just picked up a brand new 2012 top as a spare (with the larger windows) so since mine is all scratched up will stick that on for general daily driving and chuck the old one back on when heading offroad. Will see if the new one whistles! Though since I have had the old one for 3 years and the only thing thats changed is the header seal I think its more likely something to do with the seal. Will have a play.

Where you put the fly screen tube thats where i put the sealant
My front screen smashed like they do, i got the new screen fitted and when i drove it for the first time it whistle, so i went back asked for a tube of sealant and filled it up some more . but i didn't go over board with the sealant just filled it level to the top of the glass...
I dont know where your other whistle is from i thought were talking about the windscreen....

Well this morning I decided to install the new (2012) top I bought last week. Wow, I had forgotten how hard it was to fit a brand new top! The whistle is now gone

Sent automatically by my stupid phone while I was busy working. Honest boss....
