Unfortunately some of those tracks are now closed off, anything other then main tracks in the national park (Lithgow side of Cox's river) has had trees fell across them or the D9 that recently went through has removed the tracks all together & trees have been planted.
In the video at 0:29 & 4:12 are now gated off or blocked. (rare frog species habitat)
The track's that is on the Rydal side of Cox's river are still there as these aren't in the National Park.
