I highly recommend a 4wd course it is worth the money, will equip you with knowledge about your vehicle and give you experience in an environment with support. You'll end up enjoying your 4wd more and may plan things you wouldn't have previously.
well Vards, a person who doesnt have the bottle to even post there location, you must know plenty of what you accuse me of because you are clearly going blind! best get a seeing eye dog ASAP. I never said in low range diff front to back was not locked. I was also the one who first suggested 4WD training for the OP.
Any way sticks & stones ................ you need to do better than that.

What? My post was removed after I challenged someone for being abusively homophobic yet I didn't abuse them other than to say such bigotry isn't OK and the effect it can have?

I get it you don't want mud slinging but if we don't self police you'll loose users as they wont want to post and be abused or they wont engage as they feel its a safe place for prejudiced bigoted views . This forum is great and while I might not be gay why should a gay member not feel welcome. There is no place in this country for that sort of thinking.

The removed section is hardly breaking the rules, its supporting everyone to be involved without prejudice. The use of the word bigot is apt not slander.

So again, at the risk of you banning me, here is the removed section minus the wtf as although I see it here I could see how the use of that acronym is inflammatory.

"Buddy you might think it fun to troll but some poor 4 wheeling forum member that also happens to be gay has read this comment and had to rationalize to himself why bigots may hate him. What the #@$!! indeed."

You're not on a "Track", wtf are you doing in 4L? simple as that!

rant time
More often than not, traversing roads labeled "Track" will require the use of 4L in most forests around Vic, it's possible to complete some "Tracks" using only 4H depending on the conditions, though I never liked the expression "almost always" add rain to the equation and more often than not becomes just that. You know when you need to use 4L because you start to feel uncomfortable as the vehicle struggles to ascend, runs away descending or losing traction, you become more sensitive to this with experience selecting 4L earlier rather than latter.

Nostalgia...
1st golden rule of 4 wheel'n use to be - when you're out on your own if you're having difficulty in 4H and you need to use 4L? time to think about backing out.

Then came...
2nd golden rule of 4 wheel'n - don't go out on your own.

I'm pretty sure we've covered the OP question; can we change this thread to a gay marriage debate

Hey Gays,Gals, Lebsbian, Guys and in no particular order....

Me thinks the question has been somewhat answered in the Jeep-Fuffle that ensued.

Calling each other names is quite boring and childish actually. Playground stuff.

So I propose this thread be locked.
