You have a contract with this dealership and they have not delivered on their side of the contract, that is provide the good that you paid for that is fit for service. You should read the motor sale contract you have signed. If the car that you have bought has not been delivered in reasonable time you can rescind your contract.
I know you initially took delivery but the car was faulty and you still do not have a car.
I don't know what state you are from but you should contact the office of fair trading in your state or the ACCC.
I would imagine they would recommend you write a "letter of demand" stating that they supply your car, in working order and fit for the service intended within 7 days or they return your cash.
There are examples of these letters on the web. If they fail to do this the next step would be to take it to the administrative appeals tribunal.

You need to escalate this issue or you could be in the same situation in six months time.
