Degreaser washed off with soapy water dried meticulously with paper towel. Light coats every 8-10 minutes depending on how heavy the coat is. Coats light enough that it took about 4 coats to totally cover in black. I did 6 coats total so about an hour. Finished both 16s easily with one can and plenty to spare.
Takes 10 min to dry but 3-4 hours to cure apparently, i just leave it over night and its good to go. It can dry while the wheel is back on the vehicle just be careful when you do the nuts up if it hasn't cured.
I didn't cover the tyre and just peeled it off the tyre after it cured.
I used up two full cans on four wheels when i did my 18s.
