$250 ebay special. Had a thermo fan switch welded into the the top tank of the radiator. So far has been perfect. Changed the thermostat to an 79deg c thermostat and the thermo fan switch is an 85deg c. Also running a manual override switch for the fan to be able to turn it on anytime i want or force it off for river crossings.

I noticed mine runs hotter that, the day i picked it up the temp was sitting around the 90-95 degree range and i thought it was hot but i've driven it at night with a 15 degree temp and it still sits around the 90 degree mark.

I will have a look on ebay for a radiator. Mine is a 2005 TJ as well.

Needle may as well be painted on

Mine so far sits on 83deg c all day every day. 4wding, city driving, freeway, air con on or off. Just stays on 83deg c. Although i am keen to see what its like on a 40 deg summer day with air con running and 4wding. That will be the ultimate test for it.

Built a hardtop dolly to give me some more space in the shed.
