I don't know if the 16" rim will necessarily fit, as my '08 has 17" standard?

Yeah, you have the larger rims, but i think you will still have the smaller fornt discs - front discs used to be 290 or so mmm and rears were 303 from memory. 2010 discs went to 332 fronts hence they needed the 17in rims to clear. Check the caliper clearance, I have only 5mm clearance between the caliper and inner edge of front rims.

Also just came across this calculator - bloody brilliant!

I'm thinking of going for the mopar (jeep offered) 2inch lift. More for the warranty side and I dont need that big a lift until a few years I rekon. I've heard that the reason some people have changed from the mopar 2inch to something else is because the mopar 2" is a harder ride. Does anybody have an idea if it gives a harder ride on bitumen with better cornering or anything? I've also heard about sagging after a month or 6 months, does this still occur?? Any help would be awesome. The JK is a '10 2dr V6 Auto.

I've got a '10 JKU CRD with Mopar 2". The ride is a bit harsh especially over sharp bumps but I don't know how it compares with standard as I only test drove one off the lot for a couple of minutes about a year ago. Notwithstanding, the ride meets my expectations for this type of vehicle. I have Mopar front and rear bars, winch and rock sliders. I found that after six months and 9000 km the front is 1" above standard, which is to be expected with bar and winch. The rear, however, has sagged back to standard height. I'll be taking this up with the dealer when I take it for it's first major service soon. I've heard there is an option of a heavy duty set that is recommended to be installed if you have bar work. Once I've got the sagging issue sorted I'll be putting in airbags.

I have a set in the garage. Gave me 67mm lift front and 63mm rear on a 1000km old vehicle. Pulled em out 5000km later and still the same height exactly, but that was a stock 2 door with no extras. Ride was to harsh for the missus (I didnt mind it, but didnt give much travel on the tracks as was to stiff) so swapped em out for a set of Rubicon Express. Havent tried them offroad yet!

They are still in the garage if anyone wants them (with Jeep receipt as well for warranty puposes) - $200 for the set, springs only (no shocks)
