Thanks that's good to know, still I'd be much happier getting 2 years out of a windscreen rather than 2 months, much prefer to spend the cash on upgrades

Took off my teraflex disconnects as they were too short, also took off the swaybar relocation bracket (fitted as a band aid for 6 months). Put the swaybar back on the stock mounts and fitted the JKS adjustable disconnects for 4"-6" lifts. Now the tyres don't rub on the swaybar at full lock and the angles on it are set correctly.

Cheers
Steve

Today I replaced the rear output shaft bearing on my transfer case, after fitting the H&T SYE I have noticed what seemed like a bearing noise that wasn't there before fitting it and I have used that shaft before and there was no noise previously so fingers crossed it is fixed now.
I will know tomorrow when I take it out for a drive.
Interesting job to do, I had a go at removing the bearing from my spare case on the bench and it wasn't particularly easy to do but the one in the car was a sinch, figure that out!!!!!

Over the last couple of days I've installed an electric fan, fixed the bearing in the aircon compressor (again), fitted a high-lift holder to the spare carrier and repaired a small leak from the thermostat housing.

Put the road tires back on and swaybar links back in. Then went inside and explained to my missus after the awesome days wheeling on Sunday there was no way I would be lowering it for her and in fact it'll be getting lifted lol.
Unsurprisingly she agreed on the terms next time we head out she gets to do a easy hill or two
