now she cancels , bugger me , the mind boggles.
I need a decent machine shop only one I know is m&w at ballarat , anyone know one closer ?

back from the trip , on the way back my GC got a death wobble when applying the brake going around a right turn at 100klms , mmmm time to check , AND I COULDNT GET ANY assemble lube for the HO engine groan all that way , but another monthly shop , looks like fleet bay for the lube , ...yeah that is how "piss weak" it is around here. well that's unless you have a bladder like a fire hydrant.

when at the iga , and hear the person I sold the kj to BAG me and blame me for a failed water pump due to her husband ADDS water to the system and blame me and the BP roady guy , and rubbish everyone but her husband ? everyone knows them ...
NO one will help either when like this .

waiting for a guy to get back to me to see about honing two connecting rods and bronze bush ........................waiting.

Bleet man for your sanity and health I think you need to move to Qld. Just found this little post on the Patrol forum by a guy who has just converted his petrol Patrol to diesel with an import (Nissan) motor.

I found this interesting..

I went to QLD Transport this morning to get the engine number & type changed. Filled out the forms correctly and handed them in.
The person went through them made a note about petrol to diesel and asked me to confirm that I had seen the engine number and written it correctly.
I was then asked to sign to that effect and she stamped the papers and said all good.
I asked if she wanted to check it and "No, some of them are too hard to read"

I wasn't asked to declare the engine capacity so I assume it was checked by the engine number..
Couldn't have been easier

ok so the local here will press off the pins so I will have two rods , just got to find where to get them honed out and oil hole drilled , ill see how much diff there is between the pressed and the full floating pin , im a little shocked as the HO rods are not bushed ?
must of been a jeep budget cut.
