Try using a very small screwdriver or paper clip to go around and push in the plastic isolator between the sensor and the mounting piece.

Yes, the clear/opaque isolator, just push it back in as far as it will go which is not much but enough to make a difference. Mine looked fine as well but was getting a red signal from one of them, went round and did this to all of them and no more problem. It only takes a very small amount to set them off.

I have tried as suggested, using a tiny screwdriver to push the clear O ring further back. It may have made some difference, however I still get intermittent alerts during driving/traffic light stops even when there is no objects.

It had bugged me that bad, I had taken the bar off and inspect each sensor. Used a dremel to shave back all backing of the bar where the sensors touch and now all the sensors are almost flush to the bar.

Fit everything back on, connectors, bars, everything.

Now the parking sensors are disabled. I get a "Service Park Assist".

I have easy access to the parking sensor harness(large) on the Lower Front RHS bumper, and that all seems in tact. I have even sprayed WD40 in the harness plug. Still doesnt seem to like it.

I have disconnected the battery for a few minutes, and nada.

I dont have access to each of the sensors without taking off the bar again, but I was very certain all the sensors connectors were plugged back in, as each connector is where I basically cable tie them onto the brackets to position them.

Perhaps a dealer visit maybe what is required.

Would a OBD2 dongle pickup errors such as a parking module fault or are they only for Engine codes?

Planning to buy another if so, as my last one has been misplaced.
