Yeah as far as after market Aus available items with warranty from a known brand(s) I thought it was certainly a decent price! Especially compared to the Aus tax we normally get slogged with on imported items.

Installed a set of knockoff JW Speakers today - $270. Build quality looks reasonable, fit was good. Noticed a small amount of flicker but only when directly behind another car or object.

Low beam output is good, Hi beam output is a bit weak. Sorry about the quality of the photos:

Did they come with an LED Canbus connector to plug in between power and the light?

Forgive my tech-ignorance Gecko, but I'm not sure what an LED Canbus connector is. If you're referring to the anti-flicker harness they recommend with cars that use Canbus control systems (like the JK) then no, it wasn't included.

The only gear included beyond the light assembly itself was a H4 to H13 adapter which wasn't used with the Jeep.

No such thing.... the headlights are NOT on the bus system. The headlights are driven by a PWM signal from the TIPM... that's where the flicker can came for as the lights continually self test.

You have to wonder about the technical competence of people who sell this sort of stuff.

So call it a PWM filter, a flicker filter or whatever but its nothing to do with CAN.
