Mate! I never discrete anyone! Yes, you CAN fit it on a 7.5" but it's was recommended not to by a dealer and I trust him as he was recommended by NTW Head Office. Read my post again please
I'm only repeating what the cooper dealer told me and Head Office!
The AT3 only comes in 4 Sizes in Australia. That's right! 4 sizes only! I'm also in receipt of their new booklet. The ATR has about 40 sizes!

I now have the Cooper ST LT 245/70R17's and they've been great!
I saw the AT3 at a dealer today, sooner they come up with an equitable size in OZ the better!
You would think that as an American tyre and the US the home of Jeeps - or is that too easy?

Road noise between the 5 rib and 4 rib M/T's at H/way speeds (100km's +) is minimal. The 4 ribs are better off road grip wise than the 5 ribs ones. But go either M/T anyway.............

G'day Marco, Dave told me some time back that his were wearing well, you can't go wrong with them!
I have a mate who has just put Cooper ATR3's on his Prado, they're a lot quieter than the ones I have on and same specs (LT) unfortunately they're not available for Jeeps yet.

My 5 rib MT ATZs are up to 100,00kms on one pair and close to 90,000 on the other (slashed a tyre so bought two new ones and turned the other odd one into an extra spare).

Tyres are still roadworthy, though the first set is probably down to last 10% or so, it will be time to chuck them out before next winter. Still fine on bitumen, no issues in the wet (and we've had plenty of that this year) but wouldn't want to use them in real mud now.

The AT3 LT are available in more sizes than you think in Australia, unlike what is shown on the Australian Web Site. Ask their head office in ACT
E.g I have 245.70.17 AT3
