I found the fogs useless so I bought a couple of H10 LED bulbs off of eBay, slapped those puppies in and then activated the daytime running light feature with my AEV control. They put out nice light that is probably in the 20w range for a regular bulb but very little power use and no computer messages. It does not even come close to dazzling oncoming traffic but it does make you more noticeable, plus the colour matches my HID headlights and led bezels in my headlights.

What headlight reflectors are you using? Which come with LEDs? Easy fit or do they require much trimming?

(I cracked a lens recently, so am looking for replacements.)

Still have the old housing and lamp so i'll keep everyone posted. Available from Repco ~$130

This looks to be pretty much exactly the same as the American Pilot lights which they are successfully replacing the fogs with. Note they come in a HID version too.
Hi mate I have just recently purchased an arb bar
And seeing as my jeep came from the stealer with a mopar bar, I have a rectangular shaped "driving lights" instead of the fogs that came with the bench seat.
I was just wondering if these narvas would fit directly into the arb bar?
I noticed you had to re use part of the fog light housing, is that essential?
If anyone's else could help that would be great

Merry Christmas
Matt

I just fitted a set of these bulbs into the stock housings , awesome light output , I just had to trim 1 location rib off each side & they snapped in just like the stock bulbs

Hi,

Looking at these LEDs for my 11 JKU.

How have they been running?

Was there any other mod required?

Cheers

Darren
