Mousie, that is what I have and it works a treat. I didn't have to modify mine in any way. Had it for a few years and got it on Ebay, about $25.

Well 4 years later I stumble across this old thread .................

The temporary stubby cap idea is still going, think I'm on #3 by now as the others fell apart, latest is new material so should last longer, never did source the nice alloy job and since I have pulled the housing apart to fix the door hinge we won't be revisiting it to try and fit a old style filler pipe, its a mongrel place to be inside the guard .................. To fill with a HiFlow I have a spout affair but use it rarely as these tanks do not like HiFlow even with half throttle just a big pain and I think filling a Jerry to decant is quicker..... I have a spout with a rubber nozzle for the Jerry and use a ladder to hold the jerry in place.

The Stubby Holder cap works very well, tested a couple of times when the fuel door switch was knocked and when the door hinge came apart, stays in place with a good seal ..........

I have been caught out a number of times, especially at Roadhouses where the larger nozzles are often utilised.
Lined up at Sandfire Roadhouse last year for half an hour to finally get to the pump, only to find it was a large nozzle, so then had to go join another queue and wait another half an hour!!

I had thought about making up something to allow fueling with the larger nozzle, but I reckon the actual filler neck might be too narrow to accept a faster flow...seriously, what on earth were they thinking when they decided on this "capless" crap?

I use a spray paint can cap on mine...found the perfect size which fits like a glove and seals it perfectly, to the point it even creates a slight vacuum as the fuel level goes down...

If you stop at the BP Depot at Cunnamulla they only have HiFlow but have knocked up a reducer out of pipe that will take the HiFlow nozzle and the other end will fit in the Jeep filler, its a slow process, half trigger if that and constant shut off from the froth, I was going to make one but the times I really need it is rare .... The problem with using HiFlow in these is the fuel transfer to the other tank and air bleed, you would need to be able to bleed 40lt/min of air, also there is an anti siphon device at tank entry it seems so I reckon that would hinder things as well.
