No known fix.
There are 2 possible outcomes from the N23 flash.

1- flash is done & no adverse affects (I know of one case)
2- after flash no low range & constant issues.

The only fix will be a new update & jeep don't seem interested or don't want to acknowledge the problem for legal reasons.

The problem is most likely more common then we know as the vast majority of grands out there have never used low range.

See the thread 'Chrysler recalls 2006 to 2010 Commanders'..Lots of Commanders with problems after the N23 reflash.

Also a temporary "emergency" fix ..Think Clarky tried it.

Yeah but it doesn't take much for a crap company to ruin a good car as we are seeing. Who would buy a WH at the moment for a 4WD if they have heard about recall N23.

If you follow the US Jeep Forum ,to put it simply the GC owners who have put in pre N23 recall secondhand FDCMs have cured the no low 4x4 problem, full stop !!!I have mentioned this on a number of occasions to both FC HO and my current dealer.Their answer is, do not believe what you see and hear on the net.!!!Just bring it in for another patch.Any Jeep dealer who states they have not heard of this N23 problem are lying thru their bloody eye teeth.FC will not answer one question I have put too them. NSWDFT stated they are one of the worst for consumer complaints and the worst for not answering any of their questions. FC are running a numbers racket, looking at N23 number of complaints against vehicles sold .Why hasnt FC put out a letter to all GC owners who have had the N23 recall to try their low range 4x4 !! Then the true extent of this problem would surface.I would also point out that no low 4x4 could /would still constitute a safety issue .Go and try to trade in your WH at a Jeep dealer for a new WK they probably wont want it.Mind you if you are lucky you may find a Jeep dealer who knows nothing about the problem like honda900!!!!
