Thanks HGR! Yes, I'm quite happy with the new snorkel! Apparently the hood scoop is meant to prevent debris from falling into that grille and also improve airflow by creating a low pressure zone just behind it (Bernoulli's principle). It also improves the look of the bonnet I think!

Default Rugged Ridge Switch Panel

[QUOTE=SeaComms;1355647]Wired up the new Rugged Ridge switch panel and everything worked first go! Very happy

@Sladey - very good fit once you work out how to! The right hand edge is supposed to be outside the A pillar, but if you squeeze it into the inside of the A pillar it fits nice and snug.

I wired up the top switch to the front LED's (via High Beam), second switch to the 100w spotties, again viz high beam, third switch supplies permanent power to the front LED's so I can switch them on to set up camp, and the last switch provides permanent power to the rear LED's (that also come on with reverse) again for a bit of light out the back if required (or if being tailgated )

Looks good SeaComms

@ Drew - the switch panel and switches all came on the one kit! They are the Rugged Ridge switches, 12v 14amp with indicator LED. Paid about $70 of the top of my head inc freight for CSE Offroad's ebay site - http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....m=200891334075

have purchased several things from cse, very good to deal with, combined shipping on a half dozen items or so, reducing the cost by over $100

Just a note, I got the pillar panel without switches. So if you want to get the blank panel for rhd you need to go on their website as its not on cse ebay site. See a few pages back for my switch panel.

@Seacomms

What did you tap into for the led light on the switches?
