Looks great Bandicoot! I think Jason at J&J Bullbars was looking at yours when I rang & ordered mine today! -as we discussed parking sensors, bash plate, sand flag mount etc. He reckons they will have finished it by next Wed or Thurs (for freight to SA)- so they are really churning them out now!
Just wondering what insect mesh guard you have used for the front grille-Also is it attached behind or in front of grille & how? Thanks

I don't have any problem telling you the price, but I'm not sure if J & J wants to stick to the same price.
Anyhow, it cost me $1800 for the bar, $1100 for the side rails and side steps, and another $300 all up for the additional bash plate, and new fog lights (their supply). That included all fitting, including fitting up the grounds for my HF radio, existing spotties, the Anderson plug (which I supplied), the recovery hooks (which I supplied), the sensors, etc.
I think new bars and side steps would cost about the same from TJM or ARB or (dare I say it) ECB, for a new 200 series.

Well, you're the R&D department Micfee--the pioneer from the bush; you lead, we follow!
The Coopers have been going well. They definately increase road noise, but more so at low speeds. At high speed I don't really notice; I already have wind noise from the NextG aerial, the UHF high-gain aerial, the HF autotune aerial and (when fitted) the 2.4 m sand flag, plus the Rhino rack with full wheel on it and shovel and Hi-lift jack--what's a bit more noise after all that!!
But at 10 ply LT construction and with a rating of 1360 kg per tyre at 80 psi (cold)!, compared to the OEM soft-**** tyres rated at 975 kg each @ 44 psi max, riding on the Coopers is like riding on tyres on Viagra.
In theory at least, there is no comparison in terms of staking the sidewall or resistance to a stone fracturing the tread area.
Again, Coopers are new to me. I've had Desert Duellers forever and never got flats in them, even on the gibber plains in the Simpson. But they don't make a tyre to fit the Commander.
I bought six of the Coopers @ $300 each so the little blighters better go the distance.

That's interesting Bandicoot as they quoted me $1945 for bar including fog lights (their supply as you say) + $300 freight to SA. Might ask them about that given I still have to pay for fitting locally.

Some more photos.
Photos from underneath are with the bash plate removed for clarity.
The last photo is my improvised snorkel, with the OEM intake fitted to the very top.
One more photo coming (I can only upload 4 at a time).
