I just found this advert and guess what Jeep dealer is selling it....Nunawading Jeep! and it even the same colour as the one you've got JarrardB!

It's people like yourself who go the extra mile to complain that better the entire consumer product for all 4x4 owners. I commend you on your relentless efforts, never give up, always stand up for yourself and the common good! Good luck to you mate!

Nunawading Jeep called me yesterday.

Interesting how the dealer principal didn't have the balls to call me himself and got his receptionist/PA to call me. It was the same old sob story and excuses about ex-employees blah blah blah... She was desperately trying to get me to come back by trying to convince me that their service department was no longer under-staffed. I gently explained, as I had previously, that I will not ever be returning to Nunawading Jeep. They don't deserve my business.

So far out of 11 letters, I've recieved 3 calls. dissapointing.

I just sent it to the Daimler Chrysler head-office in Mulgrave VIC addressed to Complaints Dept, Jeep Dealer Manager, Customer Service Manager etc...
