Been getting a few of these blank screens on the new release at random times. Probably wait years for a fix.

Hi gents,
I tried to do this upgrade, it seemed to go through the whole process up to 100%
But then it showed an hour glass with wait 2 to 5min splash screen, then it shows a "insert Upgrade USB" message.
I have the USB still in the slot but it just goes on a constant loop.
I tried different USB drives no change to these messages, I've used an 8gb a 25gb and a 32gb all formatted to FAT.
I have a 2015 GC Limited and used the RJ4 17.43.01 MY15 ROW update.
Anyone know if ive made an error in steps or anything?
Only added the swdl.iso to a formatted usb.
