Yep that's where I got mine from:

Jax Quickfit at 68 Abbortsford Rd Bowen Hills..07 3252 2892...Very close to Jeep at Albion

They sells in sets of 4 so I shared with a mate 2 ea ..1 to replace the steel spare and the other as a second on the roof...Best value I could find.

What happens to the sensors when you fit wheels with no sensors?
If u run 265/65/18 and u have to run the slightly smaller spare does it have any issues.

Running a smaller diameter spare puts stress on your diff, so you will want to try to match fairly closely the diameter of your spare with the other 4.

Well a 265/65R18 has a diameter of 31.56" so to get the same diameter from the steel spare you need a 245/70R18 tyre which will give a diameter of 31.50"..Good as damn it the same rolling circumference less 4.7mm so no worries..Mind you if you read the owner's manual..towing on the steel spare is not recommended....Better off getting a spare alloy..The Laredo doesn't monitor the spare pressure (I think)..The TPMS will show a - for the tyre when fitted with no sensor..If you buy a sensor online then make sure it's the rigth type, they operate on 433MHz. Sensors operating on 315MHz are not compatible. Be sure of your TPMS operating frequency before ordering aftermarket sensors. OE are Mopar 56029398AB (includes sensor, cap and mounting nut)..Check this P/N but I think it's correct..I'm about to order 2 myself. Also the sensors for the SRT8 are a different P/N so beware.

265/65/18 BFG AT fits in the spare wheel well and the cover closes

Wanderer my question was about the fact that I will have two sets of wheels the car comes with 20s I was going to run them around town, when I go away on trips I am planning to swap over to the 18s which won't have sensors will that through up errors with the monitoring system. If I read this correctly I will have to have to spares then one for the road wheels and one for the 18s as need two different size tyres.

Hutch,

I wouldn't go off road without the sensors on the 18" wheels...I know from experience coming across the Plenty after 4 flats and no tyres destroyed simply because the TPMS warned me as the tyres were deflating so I could stop before running flat on the side walls and thrashing the tyres..As for spares...Offroad I'm not sure about using that Micky Mouse spare wheel..I'd go for an alloy and a 265/65R18 will fit the wheel well as Yoda42 says so if you're changing to 18" then best get 5 x 18" alloys and leave the steel spare for use with those 20" Mall Crawler wheels..But sensors on the 18" for offroad will save you big bucks on flats...You may have to get 2 sets of 4 but I'm sure you could flog off the excess 3 very easily..Lots after alloys for spare
