Yeah I should mention since owning the jeep and finding out its cheaper to get parts over seas. Its the only time I have done so.

With my old Ve Holden on the other hand all money was spent here...

I just hate the fact with our Dollar it don't seem to matter if its up or down we still get stung here. Fuel is an example lol.

Just ordered a new intercooler hose for my WH. Stealers wanted $250.00. Ended up buying one from the UK, delivered to my door for $130.00.

Cheers, Craig

No - 99% of the vendors/importers do NOT have a margin ANYwhere near that.

And imo 42 days without a reasonable reason is worthy of a complaint with PayPal.
I disagree, to date I have never had a problem with Aus post, touch wood. I have recently purchased ball joints etc for Rockauto, placed the order on a Monday night & the items were delivered the Thursday morning, fantastic service.

On the other hand, I also purchased a pair of disc rotors from Graysonline. It took Grays 4 days to get the rotors ready for dispatch, but Aus post delivered them the next day.

On both items the tracking numbers worked a treat, maybe I've been lucky, but in all my purchases from Rockauto delivery has never been longer than 4 days from when the order was placed.

Well got my part yesterday. I can say one thing though the Tracking isn't up to date... it seems to be a day behind. Said the 5th which I guess it was in US time zone.

Overall I'm happy with the service, Maybe took a little longer then I thought but I was told to be patient.
