Thanks Brit. I think we can get it. We use Shell Rimula on our diesel offshore cranes.
I think the oil that Clarky recommended is similar with the high zinc. Yes, I will do all the fluids.
I think Clarky would have recommendations on diff, tcase and auto oils for this model that are supplied in Oz.

I will also look at the relevant gaskets.

Cheers.

Cheers Clarky,

Just about got everything sorted in my mind now.
Was going to look at the intake to turbo hose mod, but realised it’s not necessary if I do a catch can.
Any llinks on a simple catch can mod.

Cheers,

Still looking into it, and not sure what direction to take, but perhaps something like this to bypass the crank breather tube. Instead of going into the intake tube, just plumb the pipe into the inlet of this catch can. Where would you plumb the outlet? I guess usually that would go back to the intake? Would u just run a hose to the bottom of vehicle? What does that vent filter do? Anyone used something similar, that’s cheap. I don’t want to pay big bucks for a fancy set up.

That one looks to vent to atmosphere, greenies may spontaneously combust just looking at it. I've seen a few catch cans and I think they're all too small and mount too high in the engine bay, probably because of all the junk stuffed in with the engine. You're good at making things, you could make a better one.

I recon your right Oldon.
Looking at the specs, the one I posted up is tiny.
I looked at the Provent ones with 25mm inlets and outlets. These are big, but expensive. There’s lots of cheap fakes now, so I’m thinking of using Clarkys T mod, and running a Provent into it. They are only $30, which is cheaper than making one.

Cheers,

Hi Alex
You will not go far wrong listening to clarky. He has forgotten more than most people know about the WH.
