Been trying to. Its a program called board express for tapatalk, that I guess ports tapatalk to windows 7 mobile. I can view the forums but I can't log in, i get an error every time telling me it can't find the server.

When i first fire up the forum it gives me warning that the forum needs a newer version of the tapatalk plugin and that some features won't work, do i want to continue anyway?

So am still using the W7 mobile version of internet explorer when out and about (like now for instance...)

Ahhh.. More info found from the board express forums..

Hi

This is unfortunately something which can only be solved at the moment on server side.
Microsoft is sending a Refer Header with every webrequest. Some forums are denying requests with this referal - with the hint that the Refer is not on the white list. Unfortunately, there is no way to currently suppress this Refer Header as Microsoft - smart as they are - did hardcode this into WP7 (and lots of devs are complaining about it...!)
Here's the link to the Microsoft support forum:
http://forums.create.msdn.com/forums/t/63150.aspx

We're still looking with Microsoft if there is a solution to this.
Only way to solve it until then is to disable the security check on server side.

Thanks,

Sven

Wish bloody Microsoft would get their act together with wp7. Its much easier to use than mobile web. I have it working on several other forums but not this one
