Pretty sure you would have no probe fitting the TPS from your old wheels. They just screw in and seal themselves, just think you need to drill the hole out slightly. The od of the valve stem looks larger than stock.
I can measure the ones in the shed if you need.

OME Lift, not sure what increase there was as it was put in pre-delivery, but they claim 2" to 3". Tyres are 285/70/17 or 33's on the old scale!
Actually I think 285/70/17 are about 11" section width and old style 33" are 12.5" width. This could make all the difference between having to change your guards or not.
