Also installed the quick disconnects. Just need to adjust the panhard and bend the exhaust down some more and it should be sweet. Wanted to install my adjustable control arms as well, but I still dont have them 2.5 weeks on

im doing mine (WHEN THE RAIN STOPS) with a formulated silicon expecialy made for high temp work my mechanic have me the silicone and the silicone gun
The last one lasted 11 years and this on cost $80, sure not the price of a tube of silicon but if it does another 11 years its good value.
Put in a new transfer case,new clutch Kit,
reco starter motor, new rear main bearing seal
all going well EXCEPT need a new Oil Preasure Having trouble finding one
switch and all is good now except got more oil leaks

I hav a spare oil preassure switch for a td xj if you would like it. In fact i hav a hole spare engine, oh and mine has the flow through to garage floor oil system too.

I have spent the last few days preparing ours for our Tassie trip this year, I have refitted the bash guard which was removed when I wsas sorting out the alignment after installing the offset balljoints and adustable arms and panhard rod.
Oil change done.
More work done on my base frame for my modular storage system.
Mostly finished fabbing up a reinforcing assembly to fit in behind the standard bumper bar to take a removable tyre carrier.
Mostly finished fabbing up the tyre carrier which has an adjustable tyre mount to take anything from the standard 225/75/15's up to a 32x11.5-15 including different offset rims, it needs to be adjustable as I want the tyre pressing against the frame to keep any movement to a minimum, just awaiting the arrival of the latch so I can complete it.
Preparing to redo the headlight wiring loom as the one I have now overdrives the lights by too much for my liking, I have designed a new one rated for 130w high beams without overdriving them but I am awaiting the arrival of some parts as I plan to make a few of them.
Also have been experimenting with different driving lights to find the perfect ones for my needs.
And lastly have refitted my standard blue sports shocks to work with my OME springs.....
