HG its not the sales person that has the problem with the customer. (What do you expect from a 16yo earning 8 bucks an hour.Service?) Its the retailer thatstuctures the business in such a way that you walk in select your product froma range of 6 or 7 on show depending on the budget.buy it walk out and then return it for a full refund no question asked within 3 to 4 weeks. Now go to an independant owner of a same type store and he will have 3 or 4 products to choose from pricing wont be as competative and you dont get the same return policy but in exchange for all of that you get service. Dude you get what you pay for. Dont expect to walk into a harvey Norman and get the same service you would get at Double Bay home cinema. Dont walk into Double bay Home Cinema and expect to get the same product/ prices/ policys as Harve Norman.
Too much blame is pointed to the shop staff. The retail public as a whole generally speaking are a bunch of unappreciative a-holes. No matter what they get they are never happy.
Except the customers that come to me. They get expert service at wholesale prices. Thats what everyone wants isnt it?
