Thanks mate. Mine has 5 inches lift and 32" tyres. - Note: This has been corrected to 3 inches lift.

Make sure all the tie rod end are in very good conditon. Cheap to replace. You need just the right amount of preload on the steer knuckle. It will be hard to move by hand.
Zero degrees toe in toe out. 5 degree castor shims if you have the original diff in it. Put evenly worn tire on the from balanced of course. New steer damper and should be sweet.

Superior Engineering will make steel castor plates at 2 inch wide. The alloy ones work but fret and need to tighten u bolts.

Thanks Shafus and TOYROX and others. Fulcrum says that 4 tie rod ends need replacement in addition to the left side steer knuckle. They say that the right side is ok.
They will now let me know how much castor adjustment exists. I requested their quote to include 6.5 degrees.
They are still looking into the ceasing issue.

Thanks guys, you are a great help ! All this knowledge with CJ7 suspension comes from you - AUSJEEP CJ7 owners.

You have 3" lift and 32's with around 4 degree's of caster. I believe the steering issue is the preload on the ball joints. Alignment and caster should be spot on. Ball joints, bearings etc are all NEW. The preload was never set accurately as it was a job i was going to get to but never did.
