I can't say for sure as to whether or not the bar will be ADR compliant - I think that only TJM and ARB are currently making ADR tested compliant bumpers as they have the resources to do so.
The shackle mounts don't appear to stick out anymore than a winch fairlead and I'd imagine it'd be difficult to determine which would hurt more...  (Winch fairleads seem to be acceptable as most Police 4wd's have them fitted)
Whether or not you could mount the tabs elsewhere I'm not sure but I don't think Lone Star would necessarily want to change the design. I therefore can't say for sure whether it would or would not be ADR compliant - you would need to raise the question with your State authority directly and hopefully they'd be able to give you a straight answer....
At this stage we're looking at a retail price of $1995 (raw) however if I am able to get 5 firm orders we should be able to do an introductory offer, whether it be a cheaper price or free local freight....

This is waaaaay out of my price range. This bar is beautiful, don't get me wrong, but the reason for this post was to find an alternative to the expensive, ugly bars that ARB, ECB, TJM etc make.
