I have a 35mm difference between front and rear, (front being higher) I assume that both front and rear guards sit at a similar height on the body. Looks like I might need a 1 inch spacer.

Thanks for the info.

i ve been playing around for a while now
I like my ride a little softer then what the ppm offered, so i went with the nitro s and the ppm springs which made it far to soft, so i changed out the ppm s for a 16mm dobinson spring. Handles better happy with the ride. Little more body roll then the ppm as expected but soaks up the bumps much better on road.

I've got hold of a Lovells Heavy Duty lift kit for my JKU .. $725 ...It's a new kit ... I'll fit it myself ... I'm looking at new tyres too ..any opinions on running 265/70/17 on standard rims with the above lift sound ok ? I was going to fit 285/75/17 but they seem too big ( reduce power etc ) for a daily driver that does occasional off roading , mind you only light off roading to start , I'm just introducing the family into the camping / offroading life style .. Hey how does a 2" Lovells ( factory lift ) with 265/70/17 sound ? It's the wife's daily driver and will only do occasional Offroad camping trips ( nothing too hard to start I'm just introducing the family to the new life style ) I don't want to compromise to much fuel economy , speed , etc with 285/75/17 .... Any recommendations would be great .. I'm thinking it would be an ok package ( 2011 JKU) jase Brooke harri
