I put the speakers behind the grill in the stock space, the holes didn't line up but I just used tek screws to hold it in.

Yesterday, added a shelf above my fridge just need to put the chain on from the edge to the child seat clip on the roof to give it some more support.

Also bought an inverter (ALDI thursday special 600W $59.99) today so will wire that in as well ready for the cape trip and laptop charging duties.

Cheers
Steve

Added a turnbuckle/chain support to the shelf, put heatshrink over the chain so it doesn't rattle

Cheers
Steve

That heatshrink looks nice amalgamated over the chain links Steve!

Well that explains why it looks so smick then Mur! (nice switch panel), I wonder if you could use the same configuration to make a scanner shroud/mount? Hmmmm...

I agree, if you have done all the homework, with that result then its time to;
#1 assist your fellow XJ owners
#2 make a $ or 2 for you.

Put a full kit together with the mounting screws and switches and figure out a reasonable price.
You make $ off every sale, and its still in the playmoney range of all the XJ owners on here and around the world!
Best part is you spend the profits on your XJ!
Put me down for 2!
