Quite honestly - couldn't find anything in the manual re taking the front bumper off - so there was a bit of effing around there - the bolt thing had me scratching my head for a ciggie or two (10 mins :P ) overall 1.5 hours - i'm an accountant with bugger all mechanical flair (am learning though ) and I was *very* surprised at how easy it was.

I did it all on my own - hefted the bar from the bench onto the grey mats first - then used the protusions on the bar to hold it onto the mounting points - the first bolt was the worst - wrestling the bar around to get it started almost straight - then onto the 2nd bolt - much easier. After that, it was a matter of just moving it around using shoulder, arms and when lying down, knees to get the bolts all started to finger tight, then bang them all up with the torque wrench - the license plate was a pain in the arse though haha

Default Zeon 10s

Just stuck a warn zeon 10 s in my arb bullbar, fitted ok just have to get different IPF light brackets, offset not allowing the clutch lever to operate. Also replaced headlights with narva polycarbonate units, car isnt even a month old and already got a stone through one light. Low beam is acceptable, high beam doesnt matter. So now i guess wait for the front suspension to sag and then decide which way to jump. I wont even ask, thats not a can of worms, its a truckload. However i will ask, with a 2 inch lift how important are adjustable panhard rods and track bars. I know the panhards will centre the diff correctly and the trackbars will tilt the diff to line driveshafts better. At least i think that is the case. But bottom line is i want to do it once and do it right. Thanks for any info

Panhard = trackbar
Control arms r for pinion angle of diff
I'd do rear trackbar bracket and front trackbar just to realign the diffs with 2" lift

Dave just a few questions about your front bar, could not find the answers on the website.
Does the bar come with the light brackets for mounting spotlights and do you do a winch cover plate for those of us who wont be runing a winch anytime soon.

The bar ticks all of my wife's boxes except she want a big hole where the plastic skin thing used to be.
