Changed fluids. Picked up a 20L drum of Dexron 3 for $105, works out @ $5.25 / litre.

Default Cowl Snorkel

Finally got around to installing my cowl snorkel.






The induction noise is louder than I expected it to, but it is only noticed under hard acceleration.

I am pretty damn happy with it

Thanks Ham,

I looked at a number of hack jobs on the interweb and was determined to steer clear of a hack up job. Took me ages to get the courage to drill the hole in the firewall.

Yeah mate looks real pro. Much nicer than the big hole I hacked for my airflow snorkel

Considering putting a droopie in the pipe as well for some additional filtration.

Makes a bit more induction noise than I thought it would. But it is only under hard acceleration.
