I've actually done nothing much to my stock standard 07 JK 2 dr, filled it up with diesel! and drove home in the wet on the original Goodyear tyres (done 65,000 k's on them) and realized it was time for replacement! evidently 65,000 is good, they even look OK but I suspect they've gone past their use by date by quite a bit - any recommendations for newies?

My Jeep has been used for recreation since 07 - I'd say that my biggest complaint about the Goodyear Wranglers was that they don't seem very good in the wet, plane too easy, so now that it time to change what do you reckon?

I have Mickey Thompson 4 rib ATZ's 265/70/17's and love them, good in the wet, good in the mud and good on the beach but at $400 a tyre it comes down to budget and exactly what you want the tyre to do.
