I had one foot on the hitch receiver and was leaning into the boot picking up the battery from the top of my rear drawer. I fell onto my ride on mower which complicated matters

Here you go @OLMATE
Once you take the engine cover off you will find it where the arrow in the pic , I don't think the sound proofing around the injectors on the pax side covers it though........
You need to unplug it, lift the small black tab with 2 nobby bits up slightly then pull the yellow tab, it will open a few mm, you then push down or lift up the other end of the black tab to pull the plug off ( you know what these dinky plugs locks are like) anyway once thats off use a T40 torx to undo the bolt.( its not all that tight I just used an allen key type) and the sensor lifts out of hole, a firm grip and pull..... I use LiquiMolley Airflow cleaner..... douse it good to remove the muck and when it dries replace it.............
I thought I had done mine at 40K when I bought it and changed fluids and filters but looking at the thing I didn't, its now at 60K, on my other vehicles once a catch can fitted I only checked it aorund the 40K mark and it was mostly sooty, hopefully this will be the same.

I changed out the chrome grill rings with black ones and replaced the slatted grill inserts with mesh. It now looks a lot more modern than the old slats which used to annoy the hell out of me.
I also fitted a work light to the Gobi ladder for hitching the camper up at night as well as helping when fishing in the dark.

I like the grill, I had ideas of spraying it and using some alloy mesh but changed my mind when I worked out how much stuffing around on mine.

After finding out that ideally you need to remove the grill to get behind it, I had put it off as well. The last thing I wanted to do was remove the bulbar complete with a winch.
After some reading, I found that people were able to replace the slats with the mesh inserts by just sticking their hand down behind it which is what I ended up doing.
The only downside is you end up with your hands and arms scratched to hell but it doesn't take long to do.
