Check out my Ride(s)

Murchison lift 2.5" 3 years & original rack & arms are fine at 215,000km on it.
Top factory ball joints still good.
Lower control arms , original. Need left side ball joint & probably bush's so will replace both complete arms (have already got them).
Have replaced front sway bar bush's 3 times. Found that genuine Jeep last longest.

My rack's making a popping sound when going over holes. Will have to try adjusting the nut.

Running 33's for a while now , no steering rack issues, (tightened a while ago).
Replaced upper arm ball joints, sway bar bushes and links, doing lower ball joints now.
Wheel it a lot and it's done 140000, so need doing any way. Disconnecting the front sway bar is the killer I say!!

Wilson, have you got spacers on top of your front struts, if so what thickness? Also, on the rear I gather you have 2" coils and 1" spacer (3" total)?

Darn it... I was going to add sway-bar disconnects to my mod list!!! Maybe just rear disconnects then.

So far with suspension, I am going for:

FRONT: Bilstein 5100 adjustable struts (2" setting) with King 2" coils, 1/4" strut-spacer, Jeeperf rack ends.

REAR: Bilstein 5100 28" travel shocks with 2" coils and 1" spacer, adjustable control arms and adjustable track bar
