Got some more done today. Iron rock shackles on, rear shocks and Iron Rock hack n tap sye.
I did get an add a leaf from iron rock, but have not added it as the iron man leaf springs seem to be ok. And the rear is sitting higher than the front at the moment anyway. They should flex well this way with not much arch in them and shackle should let the axle droop plenty.

SYE went on without any dramas. I got the Drilling jig, tap and drill bits from iron rock. Well worth the extra coin. The jig makes sure your hole is straight and the drill bits just chewed their way through the output shaft. I did how ever use a good drilling and tapping paste.

SO, next weekend is Brake lines, rear flares and coil spacers in the front. Then I will workout tyres.

Im actually going to go with a no lift version of the shackle relocators. These RC ones just lift my rear too high with all the other gear. So if anyone is interested they are up for grabs. Been on the car a week.

Im using the front driveshaft out of my wifes 98 xj. She wont need it. lol Apparently these are a perfect length fit for 4" - 8" lift in xj's.

Stay tuned for more.
I know the stock front shaft with the IRO SYE is fine with 1-2" lift as well...

Looking good mate it's starting to take show now! The HD offroad no lift shackle kits are great quality and a good price plus he's a nice guy! Is that what your swaping to? You'll get a 35" tire on there no worries but you will want to at least gusset your c's on your d30 and fit some better ball joints.
