Hmm, as stated "you will never drive a Jeep again!" and yet you just joined a Jeep forum??? Sorry for your experience, but your pressence here suggests either you do still "want" to drive jeep or you are just here to stir the pot!
I think everyone who has EVER dealt with any dealership has had at least one bad experience but there is no need to turn on the vehicle??
Was your Commander a lemon?
I don't think I could ever let a dealership make me turn on my Jeep Jk! All dealerships have a bottom line and some let that get in the way of customer service, the dealership isn't a reflection of the actual vehicle... Is it?
Oh btw you will probably find that major dealerships will have completely turned over their staff after 5 years.... Did you check the thread date??
