another small thing I've been working on today was moving the compressor from the rear storage tub to under the bonnet as the Smittybilt drawers now permanently cover that..

I was going to make one that mounted off the brake booster/master cylinder mounting bolts but it looked like a real pain in the ass.. so came up with this.. just need to move the brake vacuum hose a little and it really is a super easy bracket to make..

just gotta paint it tomorrow but it's pretty much done

I've carpeted the top and the inside so ignore that, but this gives you an idea of how it fits and mounts in a 2DR.. also a pic with the drawer open to give you some idea of it's length..

the fridge slide is a Uneek4x4 model and fits absolutely perfectly on the top.. in fact it's so good, it's like it was made for it
It looks like you give up access to the under floor storage?

yep.. no big deal really when you have a huge drawer sitting on top of it ..

the secure storage space I gained far outweighs the space I lost

pretty much.. the two L bracket mounts pictured near the rear seat mounts were just drilled, the mount near the sub woofer picks up on the existing tie down bolt and on the other corner near the door latch was drilled and bolted in the corner under the drawer

I am about to remove mine from under the bonnet as it gets too damn hot under there and melts the hose and causes it to temporarily cut out from time to time as gets too hot
