Having dealt with 3 Jeep dealers and FC in the last year I could write a book on how FC and the dealers have tried to pass the buck,know nothing etc etc,about the N23 problem.To get the ball rolling ring up FC CUSTOMER SERVICE and register your N23 problem and complaint.ASAP.Ask the dealer for the name of the area FC Jeep rep and ring him.I found as I have often said being nice didn't always work !! If you want a copy of the letter of demand I sent FC let me know. Remember this problem is /was caused by FC.They legally have to fix it.As Clarky said ring Jeep in Coffs Harbour they were great in fixing mine.Fingers crossed.I suggest the service manager you dealt with is lying about never receiving dealer bulletin N23 info from FC.
