Chassis complete and body taking shape. Alloy chassis and frame with removable steel side guards and rear bumper. Left side pull out kitchen and right side hot water system box can also be seen.


Rear box section are a bike rack which is also strengthened for recovery point.


All steel bar work bolts on.


Dummy hot water system fitted at this time. Side access door behind hot water system.


DO35 Vehicle Components Hitch - newer model to the same hitch I used on the caravan project.




Bar work worked out so well, very happy with it.


Kitchen pull out this side and side access door, yes there is one each side.


Currently in camp height, air bags down.

I will have to host the photos somewhere as I don't like how the forum handles them. EDITED: Now thats better Dave. Now is there a way to get rid of the old links to the forum stored photos? EDITED: Found it under additional Options

Been away for a week, time for some more photos.











Window and doors, rear door and tyre carrier framing going complete. Also front being internally paneled.


Working out gerry can holder psotion.


Gerry can mounts complete.



Dometic sink and burners being fitted.



Drawers and fold over extension table complete.

Cladding with the Aluwell panel starts and note the frame for the front curve has been completed.


Outer wall and roof.


Gerry can bracing this side. Insulation bats were fitted in walls and roof.


Internal roof panel also fitted.


Front storage area carpeted.


Front and external roof panel installed
