ACCC put the pressure on Stellantis FCA

The ACCC have again put Stellantis FCA on notice to remind them of Australias
ACLs consumer laws re warranty claims ,second hand vehicle warranties,lack of spare parts etc etc! This also applied to Jeep dealers !In a hard hitting press release the ACCC stated they have had numerous consumer complaints re these problems.! The point to be made is if you do not receive satisfaction re warranty claims etc notify the ACCC they have put Stellantis on notice again!

and again and again and again, doubt if anything will come of it other than a lot of talk as usual, PR blurb saying We Care about you ..................
With 5,000 sales last year and no Diesel or V8 in the Grand wouldn't be surprised if they left the country ........... they have certainly fallen since the heady days of 2015..

I can assure that Stellantis have been read the riot act by the ACCC .There have been a number of JGC diesel owners lately with failed engines ,strange how many have now received replacement motors,etc. ! The fact is they cannot now weasel out of the recently updated ACL laws.Put the acid on them if you have an ongoing major problem send a covering letter to the ACCC ,!
