Black steel mesh in behind the grill and below the bumper. Also bumper trim, freed up alot of room infront of the tyres kind makes me wish i had 32s now, but then i think of power loss and it all goes away.

Default 2011 Jet KK

Hi everyone,
This is my first jeep and I didn't do too much to it.
This photo I took it 2 months after I bought the jeep

I dipped the rims and love the look of it

Then I added the roof rack and lights

I own a small business and need access to computer so I built a laptop mount for myself for $5

I love camping and outdoor activities so I mount awning for myself.
I got the awningfor $60 on ebay. It was those drop arm awnin, I just remove the arm and drill 2 holes so I can use the tent poles and tie it down.

It works great except it's hard to setup on the beach. It's always windy and blow my awning away.so I came up with a solution

I can setup my awning in 1 minute now.

As you see in my first picture, I installed those LED DRL in my bumper. I love the way it look. It make the jeep look more luxury.

However, it really bright at night and I got into trouble with the police
Therefore, I made a small relay and it will auto dim the LED DRL when I turn on the headlight

I made a cheap air intake for it with K&N filter. It sounds great. In addition I made the hood lift support because I work under the hood a lot.

2 years after I got my jeep, I decided to lift it with OME kit with 1.25" spacers

And install the tow hooks after that and paint that in red color.

The rim was damaged from offroading so I remove the dip and paint it black for real this time. It looks shinier than the old one.

installednew tires with 265/50/r20 Nitto Terra Grapplerm A/T

New LED step lights

I tested out my new LED roof lights.

More mods is on the way.

It's a good looking Liberty JetKK! You've done some good mods to it, thanks for sharing.

I went out on Sunday to Murchison Product's family day out to Bribie Island. It was a great turnout with roughly 25 Jeeps attending.

We headed up to the second lagoon and set up camp, circling the wagons so to speak. (Pic stolen from Devin)

Was sad to see I was the only Cherokee owner in attendance. Not an XJ, KJ or KK brother in sight Good to see a couple of WK2s out though thinning out the JK majority.

Here's my car volunteering as a wind-block for the BBQ, one of the many benefits of being styled after a brick.

Also bought a red trail-rated badge.... yes I know they're pointless.... but it was a late-night ebay purchase after a few bevvies and to be honest I quite like it now

Default It's a lift-off

Finally got CRDStu's lift kit fitted and wowwww.. the difference it makes is like night and day. AND the missus smiles a lot more now when in the cabin. Also put on Hankook AT RF10 tyres on stock 18" rims. I chickened out of switching to wider and larger tyres due to the potential fuel economy hit... ah well.. maybe next time.

A few quick pics here:-
