Default shipping from USA

has anyone had problems with parcels not arriving that are being shipped from the USA.

I ordered a small part for my Jeep from a well known vendor over a month ago and it was shipped by USPS on international priority shipping and the last tracking post was this:-

Processed Through Sort Facility

Your item was processed through our ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) facility on April 13, 2012 at 2:47 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

so going by that it is on its way, but it hasn't arrived

anyone had experience in resolving these issues and if so, what did you do

Contact them and copy the tracking info into the email. Most reputable companies are pretty good with these things.
Cheers

Do you have the tracking no? If so i'd start by jumping on the USPS site for parcel tracking and see if there is any updates on transit / sorting since the 13th.

Here's the Link https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfi...n!input.action

That may tell you all you need to know, if not i'd go back to the supplier querying the delivery.

I have done a lot of buying from the U.S. over the last couple of years (around three purchases a month)and only had two issues in all of that time. USPS tracking numbers are pretty much only good in the U.S.. Most of the time once it arrives in Australia they stop scanning the bar code. I would contact the vendor and let them know about your concerns. Tell them that you will give it another week but if it has not arrived by then you would like them to do some thing about it. By doing this it shows them that you are not trying to scam extra or free parts out of them. If they are a reputable vendor they will do everything in their power not to tarnish their good name.

Had thisproblem before with usps. My items never arrived and no one could tell me where they were. The usps site never updates either.
