I can't comment on the Pro Comp but the MT ATZ p3 is a great tyre. I have them on my 200 series Landcruiser. I was running MTZ but the weight (it runs in at about 3400kg) and the independant front end and the power (chipped with exhaust) were eating the mud tyres. So far I've done over 15000ks and no sign of wear (MTZs showed wear within 5000) and they grip really well on road and off. Yes I mean real off road, I have lockers and the 200 has gone up Beer O'Clock Hill at The Springs 4x4 park, Cape York and Fraser Island for example. Great tyre.
