OK so i am expecting to pick up my 2015 Rubi this week so i grabbed a DBOR tourer kit with fox shocks upgraded to the lower arms instead of drop boxes
got a 50 in light bar and brackets
rear kaymar bar with jerry and tyre swing away
uneek front bar
KMC Xd Monsters with 35in nitro trail grapplers
this is what i have so far and can't wait to get the rubi and start the mods.
next I'm going to grab a AEV snorkel and runva winch

First jk? Drive it first and then determine what you need. Sounds like you have a decent budget so should get an awesome set up in the end.

A little flexin' now the front shocks have been replaced with Bilstein 5100, just need to replace the rears as well but that will have to wait to another evening after work.

Gotta also say it rides real nice even with just the front done so looking forward to putting the rears in.

285/70/17 with 2.5" lift and factory rear shocks at the moment.

Cheers
Steve
