my queston is my dad has rebuilt the engine for me, he put new rings in it and more, its been sitting in one spot for about 8-10 year with out being started after been rebuilt and it blose oil out of the dip stick it has done that about 3 times and i have done about 100ks in it could it be the ring agen or what could it be
