Thats the lower radiator mount with the radiator drain plug above (the red thing) you don't happen to have green coolant do you ?????? That certainly isn't AC leakage...

Is it not green refrigerant coming from the condenser? I’m 99% my coolant is red, but now I’m second guessing myself…

I'd have a look because your AC is loaded with a refrigerant R 134 which is compressed to form a liquid, only holds a small amount measured in grams and if it leaks it vapourizes, doesn't run all over the place, leaves a small greasy patch as there is a small amount of oil included to keep moving parts from seizing up, certainly not a pool like your photo....

Good look at that pic, it does look like a wet patch above the drain plug so the leak could be in the side tank of the radiator or the upper rad hose is weeping, sounds most likely to be a dodgy clamp..........

If you have red coolant then I'm totally stuffed as to what it may be unless you have green windscreen washer fluid.

Yep, my coolant’s red, which is what stumped me initially…

I know the LDAS fits the bill, which is why I thought steering rack, but there’s no steering components that far forward as far as I’m aware - which is how I arrived at refrigerant as it’s the only other green thing I can think of!

Had another look and can’t find the source, so might have to take the bumper off and have a gander.

Any other ideas are more than welcome!

Edit: funnily enough, my LDAS fluid seems to have dropped a touch...........

Edit 2: POWER STEERING COOLER!! Of course, can't believe it didn't cross my mind...

Forest for the tree's, I forgot about it as well, most likely for sure what a bastard to get at ... mine has a bull bar and it would be the biggest pain to get at the cooler ........

Hey LeCheese. I am pretty sure you will find that coming from the AC Condenser / Transmission cooler, they are a combined unit. I had the same leak and it was well hidden but look down the right side (from front) and where the AC lines plug into the block on the side, mine was leaking from orings, underside of the small block where they insert, you may find a small trail. Dealership had used the old ones of course when after removing and putting back in due to some other work!! Had new seals, AC refilled at local AC shop and all good. I would guess by now that you can hear a consistent gurgle/hiss sound when you have the AC on in the cabin? this indicates low refrigerant. there is about 600grams in the AC system (don't know why that's how they measure it) so a bit to leak out. Cheers
