Hi all, I've got a question regarding Rim size and tyre size, I've got a 2011 wrangler unlimited which I've just put a 2 inch lift on. i would like to put 33" duratracs on 16x8 Roh octagon wheels, the reason I'm specific with my rim size is it will match the rim size on my new patriot camper trailer my question is can this be done? and if so what off set is required
4in backspace or less will fit. 4in may need a touch smoothed off the corner of the calipers though.
However... keep in mind thats already pushing the outer edge of the rim 2in further out than the stock ones, add to that most after market rims are at least 8in, your now 2.5in further out. This takes your track around 5in wider than stock - 3in past legal and way past your stock guards.
