Default 2007 CRD Manual - Fluids

Hi all.

Just purchased a 2007 Wranger 2Door HardTop.. 2.8 CRD with manual transmission.

I want to give it a full service so i know everything has been done.

I already have a 2002 Cherokee 2.5 CRD Manual, and following are the fluids i use in it. For convenience I would like to use same fluids if possible, can anyone confirm if the following items are all appropriate.

Only one not sure of is the Gearbox, I’ll call the dealer on that one, unless there are alternatives.

Manual Gearbox - Mopar Oil from dealer - CH-04874464)

Transfer Case - Castrol Trans Max Z

Front Diff - Castrol EPX 80/90 (mineral)

Rear Diff - Castrol Syntrax 80/140 (synthetic with friction modifier for lsd)

Coolant - Nulon long life

Engine Oil - Castrol Magnatec diesel 15/40

thanks
Kim

Default 2007 CRD Manual - Fluids

Checked Castrol website and they recommend "CASTROL EDGE 5W-30" for the 2.8.

Hi. No I did not think it had LSD, but I guess the same oil should be fine for non LSD diff.
