Default painting flares

So I managed to pick up some xenon flat flares for my JK cheap. One has a crack which is small I think I will try and sikaflex it up, sand it and then paint. they are all a bit scratched. Only slightly but i want to respray them to make them look new. they are gloss black. any ideas what sort of paint I should try? They are the same flares as these

Was thinking just gloss black plastic paint from super cheap.

The other option is I get some cans made up the same colour as the paint code on my truck and then spray them in a clear coat and do them properly. this might turn out better

Dont use silkaflex use radip fix it works really good get it from industrial/bearing shops youtube a video on it. You might be better off using plasti dip because of the flexibility of them if you used 2k paint it might crack when you rub a tree or something
